Steuben Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, who are elected by the membership at the Cooperative's Annual Meeting in October each year.  Each director is elected to serve a three-year term.  The Board of Directors meets monthly to establish policies and direct the business of the Cooperative.

Gary Brockway - Treasurer District 4 - Town of Bath
Vacant District 5 - Towns of Canisteo, Jasper, Troupsburg, Woodhull
Gordon Foster - Director District 6 - Towns of Thurston, Campbell, Rathbone
Robert Nichols - Vice President District 7 - Towns of Addison, Erwin, Corning, Tuscarora, Lindley
Randy Stankey - Director District 8 - Cattaraugus County
William Moss III - Director District 9 - Chautauqua County
 
Until the District 5 position is filled, questions concerning your township should be directed to the following:

Members can address the board at its monthly meeting by submitting a "Director Meeting Attendance Request Form" to the General Manager at least 15 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
